Evidence-weighted idea validation.
Know before you build.
AI can summarize a market. It can’t prove your idea is real. ValidLab weighs the evidence founders actually collect: interviews, experiments, numbers, traction. Then the Advisor exposes the gaps before investors do. Primary evidence over a confident paragraph, every time.

See what it actually shows
Real surfaces from the product, showing how a claim becomes a verdict you can defend.
“We validated demand with customer interviews.”
12 interviews logged, all from the same role
Claim weakened → developing
Evidence is weighed, not counted. A confident claim backed by a narrow sample reads as developing until the evidence catches up.
Passing a gate means you can advance. It doesn’t mean your evidence is strong. ValidLab shows the two separately.
“You say SMB retailers urgently need this — but all 12 interviews were with enterprise ops leads. An investor reads that as the wrong customer: your evidence doesn’t match your target.”
The Advisor reads your answers and cites them back to you, then names what an investor would challenge.
Deterministic scoring: no AI in the headline number, and an unresolved deal-breaker caps the verdict.
How it works
- 01Add your idea and the assumptions it rests on.
- 02Work the 7 stages, each with explicit gate criteria.
- 03Log primary evidence: interviews, experiments, real numbers.
- 04The Advisor challenges weak claims and contradictions.
- 05Gates show what’s complete; quality shows what’s convincing.
- 06Export an investor-ready readiness summary.
Seven stages, real gates
Diagnose → Discover → Define → Validate → Ignite → Deploy → Dominate. Each stage has explicit gate criteria for progression and a separate quality verdict, so progress never masquerades as proof.
An AI that pushes back
The Advisor doesn’t flatter. It reads your actual answers, cites them back to you, names what an investor would reject, and asks the question you’d rather skip.
A number you can defend
Deterministic scoring: no AI in the headline number. Answer quality leads and gate progress is the meter. Magnitude checks catch the implausible, so a claimed revenue larger than your obtainable market is flagged rather than accepted. An unresolved deal-breaker caps the verdict.
Your ideas stay yours

Sharing is opt-in and read-only, via an unguessable link. Your name stays off it unless you turn attribution on.
